This film began with a different title, Burren Girl, in 2015. The film changed focus and was renamed Stories I Didn’t Know in the fall of 2019. Film North has been our fiscal sponsor through concept, production and post-production.
Burren Girl will be released later in 2020 as a separate film about the Ireland part of this family history story.
